We have zero tolerance of child abuse and all allegations and safety concerns will be treated very seriously and consistently with our robust policies and procedures.
We have legal and moral obligations to contact authorities when we are worried about a child’s safety, which we follow rigorously.
We are committed to the cultural safety of children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds and to providing a safe environment for children with a disability.

Our Staff
Our staff benefits from regular and frequent training to ensure they are up-to-date with the most recent and available information on child safety and latest approaches to understanding childhood development.

Learning through play
At JJ’s we emphasize about the importance of learning through play.
Play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity and physical, cognitive and emotional strength.
It is through play that children at a very early age engage and interact in the world around them.
Through play and various learning opportunities we integrate the 4cs learning skills.
Parental involvement:
At JJ’s we offer a range of opportunities for parents where we encourage them to discuss and share information on their child's progress and development or any issues that have arisen.
We love to organise various outings with parents to involve them in their children’s school life. We love to give families the chance to meet each other and build relationships in a fun and relaxed environment.
Parents who are active supporters of their children’s learning are giving their kids the best opportunity to develop to their full potential. These events also help to stimulate curiosity and inspire new interests in our little ones.
Our Philosophy
At JJ’s, we endeavour to meet all the possible needs of the children in our care. We aim to achieve this by providing a caring, safe, supportive, warm, happy and stimulating learning environment in our spacious childcare centre.
The premises are bright, cheerful, fully air-conditioned and well ventilated. All areas are adequately planned and organised where children can explore safely. Equipment and materials are accessible and within children’s reach,
including for children with special needs.
Open channel of communication
Upon Pick-Up
We always give feedback to parents about what has happened over the course of their child’s day and we encourage them to speak to us whenever they feel the need.
During the year
We conduct half yearly and yearly parents meetings which adds to the casual, daily conversations that we have with families in order to provide more detailed information about children’s achievements and allow time for deep conversation.
Sharing information
The goals of these meetings is to share information about their child’s achievements, learning and growth.
